    أهلا بالفجر وضحكتهِ

    Welcome, O breeze that revives me,

    Welcome, O dawn and your laughter.

  3. أهلاً بغِناءِ بلابلِهِ

    وجبينِ الشمس وطلْعتِهِ

    Welcome, the nightingale's song,

    The sun's forehead and its rising.

  4. أهلاً بالفجر يصافحني

    بنسائمِهِ وأشعَّتِهِ

    Welcome, O dawn that greets me

    With your winds and rays.

  5. بزهورِ الرَّوضِ وما نفحتْ

    من عطرٍ فوقَ عباءَتِهِ

    With the garden's flowers that exhale

    A fragrance above its cloak.

  6. أهلاً بمليكةِ وجداني

    وأميرتِهِ وطبيبتِهِ

    Welcome, O queen of my soul,

    My princess and healer.

  7. أهلاً بسفيرةِ أحلامي

    وهوى قلبي وحبيبتِهِ

    Welcome, O ambassador of my dreams,

    My heart's love and sweetheart.
