روضةٌ بالحسن غِنَا

في رباها الطيرُ غَنَّى

A garden of beauty overflowing

Where birds sing joyfully growing

تخطبُ الظبى الأغنا

وسواه لم يَحزه

Seeking the graceful deer roaming

With unmatched brilliance glowing

وبها أبهجُ قصرِ

شِيد للعليا بمصر

In this palace of mine bestowing

Splendor in Egypt while flowing

حُسنه مفردٌ عصري

قلْ لإبراهيم جُزْه

Its charm timeless while showing

Tell Ibrahim be knowing

يا فتى من نسلِ أحمد

كم خصالٍ فيك تُحمدْ

Oh lad of Ahmad's noble breeding

With virtues filled exceeding

لك درُّ العقد مفرد

كنزُ درٍ فاكتنزه

To you alone the gem beads leading

This treasure box while needing

لك بالأفراح عرسُ

كله حظٌ وأنسُ

For you celebrations succeeding

With fortune and joy exceeding

كم به صنفٌ وجنسُ

بالتهاني فاعتززه

With kinds and types succeeding

With congratulations preceding

فنديمُ الأنس صَافي

لك بالراح سُلافا

My friend of joy sincere

For you days happy and clear

زمنُ الاسعادِ وافى

فانتهبه وانتهزه

An era of bliss drawing near

Seize it, grasp it with cheer

قَدمٌ في المجد أرْسَخ

علمٌ في السعد أشْمخ

My steps firmly pioneer

My knowledge banners uprear

ومقامُ العزّ أرخ

بختُ إبراهيمَ يَزهو

In glory's dome appear
