ويَفهَمُ قَولَ الحُكلِ لَو أَنَّ ذَرَّةً

تُساوِدُ أُخرى لَم يَفُته سوادُها

He understands the words of the wise, if one speck

He comprehends the speech of the mute; even were an ant

Darkens beside another, its darkness wouldn't escape him

To whisper to another, its secret speech escapes Him not
