O sons of our uncle, how quickly you blame us

When we desire no ill upon you nor injure you

O sons of our uncle, caravans are ruled by their leader

When the Master is displeased, they wander and rise early

O sons of our uncle, we shall return to you

With our dreams after this terrible, monstrous event

And we shall drink the pure water without your displeasure

For the pure and the murky water are not equal

I see our people do not forgive our sins

Yet we, if they sin against us, forgive
