هذه أسواق ربح السؤدد

فاكتسب أعلاقها كي تسعَدِ

These are markets of profitable trade

So gain their heights that you may be felicitous

نشرَت أمتعة التوفيق في

طالع الهدى فهل من مهتد

They spread the wares of prosperity in

The rising sign of guidance, is there one guided

فتلقاها أولو الحمد الذي

حل علياهم محَل الفرقد

To receive them, foremost in praise, unto whom

The place of distinction settled joyfully

بذلوا أنفسه في كسبها

بصفا القلب وحسن المقصد

They sacrificed themselves in gaining them

With purity of heart and good intent

وسعوا بسعى المجدين لها

ليس يحوى المجد من لم يجهد

And strove with the striving of the praiseworthy for them

Glory cannot contain one who did not strive

حزتمُ العليا وفزتم بالمنى

يا صحابة النبي أحمد

You seized the heights and attained what you wished

O companions of the Prophet Ahmad

من كعلياء أبى بكر الذي

حاز بالإيثار بيضاء اليد

Like the eminence of Abu Bakr, who

Gained with preferring others the whiteness of hand

أو كمثل عمر الفاروق في

نصر دين اللَه يوم المشهد

Or like Omar al-Farooq in

Supporting the religion of God on the day of the incident

أو كعثمان شهيد الدار ذي ال

معلوات والتقى والسؤدد

Or like Uthman, martyr of the house, possessed of

High principles, piety and profitable trade

أو على بن عم المصطفى

الهمام الفارس المؤيد

Or Ali son of the Prophet's uncle

The intrepid knight, the supported one

لصحابة النبي أثرة

ورثوها عن جلال المحتد

For the companions of the Prophet are models

Who inherited from the majesty of the guided one

فهم كالزهر يهتدى بهم

فاقف أثار الشموس تهتدى

They are like flowers one is guided by them

So follow the traces of the suns guided

حب أحمد وحب صحبه

يوم حشر الخلق أخذ باليد

Love Ahmad and love his companions

On the day all creation is seized by the hand

فعليهم سلام طيب

من محب بالنوى مقيد

So upon them most excellent greetings

From a lover bound by purpose
