The young woman’s mouth quenched me,
My tears turned red with her wine.
And her hand’s reach lengthened my yearning,
Her two hands did not make it recoil.
And her “T” is the roof of a chamber
For the heart, so it would anguish.
And her “M” is round
With patience since olden time.
And the “T” is a hunting implement
With which she hunts my soul.
With it I enjoyed time,
While union was pure and close.
After that, time’s new hand
Turned me away from her.
