O Living, O Eternal, relieve the sorrowful
يا رب يارحمن يافرد يا منان
يا غافر العصيان فرج على المهموم
O Lord, O Merciful, O Unique, O Benevolent
O Forgiver of sins, relieve the grieved
يارب ياغفار يافرد يامنان
ياغافر العصيان فرج على المهموم
O Lord, O Pardoner, O Unique, O Benevolent
O Forgiver of sins, relieve the grieved
يارب ياغفار يارب ياستار
نسألك بالمختار أن تنصر المظلوم
O Lord, O Forgiver, O Lord, O Concealer
We ask You by the Chosen One to help the wronged
وتكفي الأشرار عن ربعنا والجار
فضلا عن أهل الدار ياناصر المضيوم
And spare the evildoers from attacking our homes and neighbors
Let alone the people of the house, O Helper of the oppressed
يامن رحم يعقوب ومن شفا أيوب
فرج على المكروب ذي قلبه مسقوم
O You who had mercy on Jacob and healed Job
Relieve the troubled one whose heart is sick
ياغافر الزلات وقاضي الحاجات
ومنزل الآيات سلم من الزقوم
O Forgiver of mistakes and Fulfiller of needs
And Sender down of verses, save from the hellfire
يارحمة الرحمن هيا إلينا الآن
أغيثي الملآن بفعله المذموم
O Mercy of the Merciful, come to us now
Help the desperate with Your rebuffed action
عسى عسى توبه تمحوله
وتحسن إلا وبه للواحد القيوم
Perhaps, perhaps repentance will erase
And improve his state with the One Eternal
يصلح بها قلبي يغفر بها ذنبي
يرضى به ربى عني وينفى اللوم
It will fix my heart and forgive my sin
My Lord will be pleased with me and reproach lifted
تصلح بها الأحوال تختم بها الآجال
بأحسن الأعمال عند القضا المحتوم
It will fix conditions and seal lifespans
With the best deeds before the predetermined Judge
ثم صلاة الله مع سلام الله
على رسول الله الهادي المعصوم
Then the prayers of God and peace of God
Upon the Messenger of God, the guided and infallible
والآل والأصحاب وكل عبد تاب
راض عن الوهاب برزقه المقسوم
And his family and companions and every repenting servant
Pleased with the Giver, with his predestined sustenance
والحمد للغافر الرازق القاهر
من يرزق السائر والقاعد المحروم
And praise be to the Forgiver, the Sustainer, the Omnipotent
Who provides for the walker and deprived seated.
