أتسألني ولست لذاك أهلا

وأنت لهذه العلل الطبيب

You ask me, yet I'm not worthy

And you are the physician for these ailments

ومن لي أن أكون لكم مجيبا

وإني لي باني لا أجيب

Who am I to respond?

I who cannot answer

ولكن امتثال الأمر أولى

وإن خالفت ما اختار الأريب

Yet obeying the command is best

Though it opposes the ignorant's choice

متى لازمت ذكر الله تصلح

بذكر الله يا صاح القلوب

Whenever you persist in remembering God

By God's remembrance, O healer of hearts
