من عذيري من معشر هجروا القو

ل وحادوا عن طرقه المستقيمه

My excuse is from a group who abandoned virtue

And strayed from its straight path

لا يرون الإنسان قَدْ نال حظَّاً

من صلاح حَتَّى يكون بهيمهْ

They do not see that man has attained a share

Of righteousness until he becomes a beast
