Egypt, as they named her, the mother of the world
There is no place like her in the universe
Nature molded her since the very beginning
In a mold of perfection
And adorned her with a dress of beauty
Whose newness does not wear out
And if the earth has gardens
Know that Egypt has the most beautiful gardens
A garden in it of fruits, palms
And other paired plants
All these branches laden
And the produce of two gardens in Egypt abounds
She is the mother of pyramids, the oldest thing on
Earth, its structure still standing firm
Those who built it have perished to prove
The words “All on it will perish” true
