ضَرَبوا لِأَبرَهَةَ الأُمورَ مَحَلَّها

ضَرَبوا لِأَبرَهَةَ الأُمورَ مَحَلَّها

حَلبانُ فَاِنطَلَقوا مَعَ الأَقوالِ

حَلبانُ فَاِنطَلَقوا مَعَ الأَقوالِ

They set affairs in their proper place for Abraha—

Ḥalbān; then they set out with the heavy loads.

وَمُحَرِّقٌ وَالحارِثانِ كِلاهُما

وَمُحَرِّقٌ وَالحارِثانِ كِلاهُما

شُرَكاؤُنا في الصِهرِ وَالأَموالِ

شُرَكاؤُنا في الصِهرِ وَالأَموالِ

And Muḥarriq and the two Ḥāriths—both parties—

are our partners in marriage ties and wealth.
