إِذا اِتَّسَعَت لَم يَلحَقِ الذَرُّ شَأوَها
وَخامَرَها دونَ الذِراعِ اِنبِهارُها
When she strides out, tiny ants cannot match her pace,
When it expands, a speck cannot reach its end,
Yet breathlessness overtakes her before she has gone a cubit.
And a feeling of awe overtakes it, short of reaching its arm's length.
