رجال انكلترا تبّت يداكم

وغيم الغم أمطركم ركامه

O men of England, your hands have withered

And the clouds of sorrow rained rubble on you

نكثتم بالعهود وما وفيتم

وخنتم من توليتم زمامه

You broke your promises and did not fulfill

And betrayed those you took the reins

أطلتم الاحتلال بأرض مصر

وعرش الملك تكنفه الكرامه

You prolonged the occupation in the land of Egypt

And the throne of the king is enveloped in dignity

وأمر الأمن أصبح مستتبا

قويّ الركن مرفوع الدعامه

And the security situation has become well established

Strong, supported pillars

مهمتكم بفضل الله تمت

وصارت مصر في أسمى استقامه

Your mission, by the grace of God, is complete

And Egypt is in the highest integrity

فما ندرى لماذا بعد هذا

جنحتم للتوطن والإقامه

So we do not know why after this

You inclined to settle and reside

فإن قلتم ضيوف القطر قلنا

لبئس الضيف أورثنا السامه

If you say you are guests of the country we say

What a bad guest who caused us harm

وإن قلتم لنا الإشراف قلنا

مضى زمن الطفولة والفطامه

And if you say we have supervision we say

The days of childhood and weaning have passed

وإن قلتم لنشر العلم قلنا

لعين علومكم غشّت عتامه

And if you say to spread knowledge we say

The impurities of your knowledge blinded

وإن قلتم خدمنا كم أجبنا

خدامتكم لنا كانت غرامه

And if you say we served you as we answer

Your service to us was detrimental

فبالمعروف سيروا واتر كونا

فإن صنيعكم هذا تلامه

So do good and move on

For your actions now are blameworthy

وإلا فالنعال على قفاكم

وحاشا أن نقول مع السلامه

Otherwise, the slippers are on your napes

And forbid that we say with greetings

وعاز الخزى يلحقكم جميعا

فلا عذر يفيد ولا ندامه

And the disgrace will befall you all

No excuse is useful, no regret

أدال الله دولتكم وأعمى

بصائركم إلى يوم القيامه

May God destroy your state and blind
