For whose tent waving at the towering peak

Does the basil plant's aroma waft and reek?

A land with heights, those sloping bases,

Belonging to Salma, ever tearfully weak,

Her mouth smiles though the night is murky,

So the sorrows awake for the morn's first streak.

How can night remain with the light of day?

Especially with keen sight and vision sleek!

O patron of the lithe, for my body prepare

With your cup - my soul's life, its essence and pique!

For through it my life after death continues on

Thus titled the blood of Christ the meek.

    See the doves sing songs

In odes of eloquent meanings oblique

Reminding you of youth and companions

And copying your repentance, genuine and unique.
