فَاِضحَتso she spent the morning بِرَوضاتin the meadows of الستارal-Sitār يَحوزُهاhe drives her along
فَاِضحَت بِرَوضات الستار يَحوزُها
مشيحwatchful عَلَيهاover her خائِفfearful يَتَرَقَّبhe keeps lookout
مشيح عَلَيها خائِف يَتَرَقَّب
So she spent the morning in the meadows of al-Sitār, driven along
The garden revealed behind the veil, possessed
By one watchful over her, fearful and keeping lookout.
By a timid, expectant traveller wandering upon it
