If the fair women show no weakness in love
If white eggs fail to come with tenderness of love,
that draws reproach, nor take a dirham in love,
They're found faulty, and love asks no payment for them.

And when they draw a generous man close with affection,
for them, and reject the petty, blameworthy man.
To them he's precious, though to others he seems rotten.
