وَنَحنُ مَنَعنا الحَيَّ أَن يَتَقَسَّموا

وَنَحنُ مَنَعنا الحَيَّ أَن يَتَقَسَّموا

بِدارٍ وَقالوا ما لِمَن فَرَّ مَقعَدُ

And we kept the tribe from splitting up among themselves

And we kept the tribe from splitting apart

at a dwelling; and they said, “Whoever fled has no seat.”
