المرضُillness يُفرِحbrings joy
المرضُ يُفرِح
يَخافونَthey fear عليكfor you منَfrom الحُمَّىthe fever
يَخافونَ عليك منَ الحُمَّى
Illness brings joy
They fear for you because of the fever
وعلىand for أُخوتِكَyour brothers منَfrom العَدوىcontagion
وعلى أُخوتِكَ منَ العَدوى
فيهبطونso they go down بكَwith you إلىto المدينةthe city
فيهبطون بكَ إلى المدينة
and for your brothers because of contagion
so they take you down to the city
