أَوor ليُبَشِّرَنيto give me good news بِقُدومِof the arrival of صَديقa friend
أَو ليُبَشِّرَني بِقُدومِ صَديق
As soon as he hears the tone of my voice

أَو رَحلَةً يَعتََزِمُ تَدبيرَها غَداً أَو بَعدَ غَدّ
حيثُwhere نَظهَرُwe appear فيin الصُّورِthe photographs جَميعُناall of us
حيثُ نَظهَرُ في الصُّورِ جَميعُنا
Or a trip he intends to arrange tomorrow or the day after tomorrow
Where we all appear in the photographs
فُرادىًindividually وأَزواجاًand in pairs وجَماعاتand in groups
فُرادىً وأَزواجاً وجَماعات
ماexceptive particle عَداهexcluding him
ما عَداه

Except him,
فَهوfor he مَنthe one who يَلتَقِطُtakes الصُّورthe photographs .
فَهو مَن يَلتَقِطُ الصُّور .
