ثلاثٌthree things بهنَّthrough them المرءُa man يزدادُincreases قوةًstrength
ثلاثٌ بهنَّ المرءُ يزدادُ قوةً
علىin الباهِsexual intercourse لاdo not تعجَبْmarvel بهاat them ياO ابنson of مُنْجِبَهْa mother of noble offspring
على الباهِ لا تعجَبْ بها يا ابن مُنْجِبَهْ
Three things increase a man's strength
A man's strength grows in three ways:
in intercourse—do not marvel at them, O son of a mother of noble offspring:
When his body grows large, don't be impressed, my friend
ضخامةُbulk جسمٍa body والرطوبةُand moisture بعدهاafter it
ضخامةُ جسمٍ والرطوبةُ بعدها
وراحَةُand rest جسمٍa body فهيfor it is للباهِto the sexual appetite مُعْجِبَهْpleasing
وراحَةُ جسمٍ فهي للباهِ مُعْجِبَهْ
bodily bulk, and moisture after it,
With excessive fat that follows the wetness.
and bodily rest, for it pleases the sexual appetite.
It's the vigor of his body that calls for admiration.
