ثلاثٌ تزيدُ الوجهَ نوراً ونضرةً

ثلاثٌ تزيدُ الوجهَ نوراً ونضرةً

فواحدةٌ تكفي الفتى وهي فالحهْ

فواحدةٌ تكفي الفتى وهي فالحهْ

Three things add radiance and freshness to the face;

Three things make the face brighter and more radiant

So one alone suffices a young man, and it brings success:

One suffices the youth, and it is his success

طعامٌ زكيٌّ مع صلاة تطوِّعٍ

طعامٌ زكيٌّ مع صلاة تطوِّعٍ

وحُسْنُ حيَاءِ فهي للوجه صالحهْ

وحُسْنُ حيَاءِ فهي للوجه صالحهْ

Wholesome food together with voluntary prayer,

Pure food with voluntary prayers

And beautiful modesty—for they are good for the face.

And the beauty of modesty, so it improves the face
