    It is neither alive nor dead;

    it opens its eyes but does not wake.

    In your hands are my deliverance and salvation;

    so why, beloved, do you hold back?

  19. اسمعني رجع اناشيدي

    يدعوك لتغريد دوح

    Let me hear the echo of my songs;

    it calls you to the warbling of the trees.
