لماذا نصلي لرب الخليقه

ويقتل فينا الشقيق شقيقة

Why do we pray to the Lord of Creation

While brothers kill sister within

وهل يقبل الله منا صلاةً

إذا ما عصيناه كل دقيقة

Would God accept our prayers

If we disobey Him each minute

نصادق طول الحياة الخطاي

فلا بارك الله تلك الصديقة

We befriend sins all our life

So God won't bless that friendship

بألف قناع نغطي الوجوه

فخبرتنا في التخفي عريقة

With a thousand masks we cover our faces

For our experience in hiding is long
