الله اللي بالجمال اصخى لها
No likeness I have seen can match her beauty.
I have never seen beauty like hers standing still
God is the one who lavished beauty upon her.
God has granted her the most perfect beauty
تستذيرshies away كحيلتىmy kohl-eyed mare منfrom كلevery زولfigure
تستذير كحيلتى من كل زول
ماnot يصخرهاtames her سوىexcept خيالهاher rider
ما يصخرها سوى خيالها
My kohl-eyed mare shies away from every figure.
She captivates me like an enchantress captivates all
None can tame her but her rider.
None can resist her but her imagination
اذكرI invoke اللهGod كلevery ماtime that قامتshe begins تجولto roam
اذكر الله كل ما قامت تجول
وand احمدI thank اللهGod خصنىfavored me بحبالهاwith her reins
و احمد الله خصنى بحبالها
I invoke God whenever she begins to roam.
I remember God whenever she goes for a stroll
And I thank God for favoring me with her reins.
And thank God for granting me her love
