كَأَنَّ مَنازِلي وَدِيارَ قَومي
جَنوبُsouth of قَناًQanā وَرَوضاتِand the meadows of الرُبابِal-Rabāb
جَنوبُ قَناً وَرَوضاتِ الرُبابِ
As though my dwellings and my people's abodes
As though my dwellings and my people's homes
lay south of Qanā and in the meadows of al-Rabāb.
