مُتَتَبِّعٌ خَطأي يَودُّ لَوَ اَنَّني
هابٍdrifting dust بِمدرَجَةِin the path of الصِباthe east wind مَنسوعُswept along
هابٍ بِمدرَجَةِ الصِبا مَنسوعُ
One who tracks my faults wishes I were
Drifting dust, swept along the east wind’s path.
