وَلاand not حَلَّcamped الحَجيجُthe pilgrims مِنىًMina ثَلاثاًfor three days
وَلا حَلَّ الحَجيجُ مِنىً ثَلاثاً
عَلىon عَرضٍa mountainside وَلاand not طَلَعواthey ascended الرِياعاthe heights
عَلى عَرضٍ وَلا طَلَعوا الرِياعا
Nor did the pilgrims camp at Mina for three days
The pilgrims did not depart from Mina for three days
On a mountainside, nor did they ascend the heights.
Neither did they set out across the wilderness
