إِنَّindeed اياديكَyour favors عِنديto me غَيرُother than واحِدَةٍone
إِنَّ اياديكَ عِندي غَيرُ واحِدَةٍ
جَلَّتare too great عَنfor الوَصفِdescription وَالإِحصاءِand enumeration وَالعَدَدِand counting
جَلَّت عَن الوَصفِ وَالإِحصاءِ وَالعَدَدِ
Indeed, your favors to me are more than one.
Your hands to me are more than one
They are too great to describe, enumerate, or count.
Beyond description, counting, or number
وَلَيسَand there is not مِنهاamong them يَدٌa favor إِلّاexcept وَأَنتَand you بِهاfor it
وَلَيسَ مِنها يَدٌ إِلّا وَأَنتَ بِها
مُستَوجِبَdeserving الشُكرِgratitude مِنّيfrom me آخِرuntil the end of الأَبَدِeternity
مُستَوجِبَ الشُكرِ مِنّي آخِر الأَبَدِ
And there is not a single favor among them for which you do not
And there is not one of them except with it
deserve my gratitude until the end of eternity.
You deserve my gratitude till the end of time
