فَقُلتُso I said لِقَينيَّto my two servants ارفَعاهاraise it, you two وَحَرِّقاand make it blaze, you two
فَقُلتُ لِقَينيَّ ارفَعاها وَحَرِّقا
لَعَلَّperhaps سَناglow ناريmy fire بآخَرَto another تَهتِفُcalls out
لَعَلَّ سَنا ناري بآخَرَ تَهتِفُ
So I said to my two servants: raise it high and make it blaze;
So I said to my companions, “Raise it high and burn it,
Perhaps the glow of my fire will call out to another.
Perhaps the fire of my years will shout at last."
