وَقَد وَرِثِ العَبّاسُ قَبلَ مُحمَّدٍ

وَقَد وَرِثِ العَبّاسُ قَبلَ مُحمَّدٍ

نَبِيَّينِ حَلّا بَطنَ مَكَّةَ أَحقُبا

نَبِيَّينِ حَلّا بَطنَ مَكَّةَ أَحقُبا

And indeed al-ʿAbbās, before Muḥammad, had been heir

And Abbas had inherited before Muhammad

to two prophets who dwelt in the valley of Mecca for ages.
