If a man grows wealthy, then withholds his aid,
When a man grows rich then miserly with his wealth
then leave him felled by baseness beneath the feet.
Leave him dead beneath the hooves, contemptible

And some of a man's vengeance tarnishes his honor,
And seeking vengeance sometimes sullies a man's honor
even if it falls on none but those guilty of crimes.
Even if it's against the vilest criminals
