مُعجَبٌself-satisfied عِندin the eyes of نَفسهِhimself
مُعجَبٌ عِند نَفسهِ
وَهوand he ليto me غَيرnot مُعجِبِimpressive
وَهو لي غَير مُعجِبِ
He is pleased with himself,
Yet he does not impress me.
لَيسَis not يُهدىguided لِرُشدِهto his right course
لَيسَ يُهدى لِرُشدِه
ضلّhe strayed عَنfrom كلِّevery مَذهَبِpath
ضلّ عَن كلِّ مَذهَبِ
He is not guided to his right course;
He has strayed from every path.
وقالand he said أيضاًalso:

And he also said:
