Learn of me from travelers whom I accompanied,

And from a night visitor or a seeker of refuge—both have accompanied me.

خُذي خَبري يَوم القِرى عَن مناحري

وَيَوم الوَغى عَن مُنصُلي وَسناني

وَيَوم الوَغى عَن مُنصُلي وَسناني

Learn of me, on the day of hospitality, from my slaughtering grounds,

And on the day of battle, from my sword and my spearhead.
