A bough of the bān tree appeared, and in its hand

A branch in bloom in hand

Was a bough bearing strung pearls.

فتحيرتُ بين غصنين في ذا

قمرٌ طالع وفي ذا نجوم

So I was bewildered between two boughs: in this one
