إلى المُرْتَضَى حثّ المطيّ فإنّه

إلى المُرْتَضَى حثّ المطيّ فإنّه

إمامٌ على كلّ البريّة قد سما

إمامٌ على كلّ البريّة قد سما

Urge the mounts toward al-Murtada, for he

Urge on your mount to Al-Murtaza, for he

is an imam who has risen above all creation.

Is the imam who has ascended above all creation.

ترى الناسَ أرضاً في الفضائل عندهُ

ترى الناسَ أرضاً في الفضائل عندهُ

ونَجْلُ الزَّكِيّ الهاشميِّ هو السَّما

ونَجْلُ الزَّكِيّ الهاشميِّ هو السَّما

In virtue, you see people as earth beside him,

You see people as but dust in virtue next to him,

and the son of al-Zaki the Hashimite is the sky.

And the radiant Hashimite youth is the sky.
