وفي الوجنات مافي الرَوض لكن

وفي الوجنات مافي الرَوض لكن

لرائق زَهرها معنىً عَجيبُ

لرائق زَهرها معنىً عَجيبُ

And in the cheeks is what lies in the meadow, yet

their exquisite blossoms have a wondrous meaning.

وأعجبُ ما التَعجُّبُ منه أنّي

وأعجبُ ما التَعجُّبُ منه أنّي

أَرى البُستانَ يحمله قَضيب

أَرى البُستانَ يحمله قَضيب

And the most wondrous thing to marvel at is that I

see the garden carried by a slender bough.
