Woe, like pondering the founding of a state;
Woe to a thought dwelling on founding a state,
For if it were in a vein, the vein would not pulse.
Had it been in a vein, the vein would not have pulsed,

As though its radiant stars distrusted its stillness,
As if its innermost being doubted its guidance,
So they missed their orbits, and there are no paths for them.
So its orbits went astray, leaving it pathless.
