ونأخذُand we receive منهُfrom him جودهُhis bounty تحتَbeneath هيبةٍawe
ونأخذُ منهُ جودهُ تحتَ هيبةٍ
هيَit is المُزنُthe rain cloud يَسقيwaters الأرضَthe earth والرّعدُand the thunder مُطبقُenveloping
هيَ المُزنُ يَسقي الأرضَ والرّعدُ مُطبقُ
And we receive his bounty from him amid awe;
And from it we take its generosity under awe
It is the rain cloud watering the earth, with thunder all around.
It is the rain that waters the earth and thunder resounds
