وَتَنوءُand she struggles to rise تُثقِلُهاweigh her down رَوادِفُهاher buttocks
وَتَنوءُ تُثقِلُها رَوادِفُها
فِعلَin the manner of الضَعيفِthe weak man يَنوءُstruggles to rise بِالوَسَقِunder the load
فِعلَ الضَعيفِ يَنوءُ بِالوَسَقِ
And she struggles to rise, her buttocks weighing her down,
Bent under the weight of her load
like a weak man struggling beneath a load.
A weak man's burden weighs heavy indeed
