سَمينُthe fat one قُرَيشٍQuraysh مانِعٌwithholding مِنكَfrom you لَحمَهُhis flesh
سَمينُ قُرَيشٍ مانِعٌ مِنكَ لَحمَهُ
وَغَثُّand the lean one قُرَيشٍQuraysh حَيثُwherever كانَhe may be سَمينُfat
وَغَثُّ قُرَيشٍ حَيثُ كانَ سَمينُ
The fat one of Quraysh withholds his flesh from you,
The fat of Quraysh prevents you from its flesh,
And the lean one of Quraysh is fat wherever he may be.
And the scum of Quraysh wherever its fat is found.
