كُلَّما قَلتُ تَقَضّى تَمَطّى
حالِكَdeep black اللَونِthe color دامِساًpitch-dark يَحموماsoot-black
حالِكَ اللَونِ دامِساً يَحموما
Whenever I said, “It has ended,” it stretched on—
Whenever I say, it is fulfilled, it happens
black in hue, pitch-dark, soot-black.
