Sol 6.1

  1. إِنَّكَ مُستَرعاً وَإِنّا رَعِيَّةٌ

    وَإِنَّكَ مَدعُوٌّ بِسيماكَ يا عُمَر

    Indeed, you are appointed shepherd, and we are the flock.

    And you will be summoned by your distinguishing mark, O Umar.

  2. أَرى يَومَ شَرُّ شَرُّهُ مُتَفاقِمٌ

    وَقَد حَمَّلَتكَ اليَومَ أَحسابِها مُضَر

    I see a day of evil whose evil is growing worse.

    And today Mudar has made you bear its ancestral honors.
