آَليتُ لِلّه حَجّاً حافياً رَجُلاً

آَليتُ لِلّه حَجّاً حافياً رَجُلاً

إِن جاوزَ النَخلُ يَمشي وَهُوَ مُندَفِعُ

إِن جاوزَ النَخلُ يَمشي وَهُوَ مُندَفِعُ

I vowed to God to make a pilgrimage barefoot and on foot,

I have gone on pilgrimage to God barefoot

if he passes the palm trees, walking and rushing onward.

If the palm trees pass by, I walk as I rush
