إِذا أَنْتَ أَسْلَمْتَ لِلْباسِلِيقِ
دُمُوعاًtears لأَجْفَانِهِfor its eyelids الهَاوِيَهْdrooping
دُمُوعاً لأَجْفَانِهِ الهَاوِيَهْ
If you give the basilic vein
If you surrender to the basilica
tears for its drooping eyelids,
Tears for its yawning eyelids
رَأَيْتَyou will see اعْتِلالَكَyour illness يَبْكِيweeping دَماًblood
رَأَيْتَ اعْتِلالَكَ يَبْكِي دَماً
وَتَضْحَكُand laughs فيin جِسْمِكَyour body العَافِيَهْhealth
وَتَضْحَكُ في جِسْمِكَ العَافِيَهْ
you will see your illness weeping blood,
You will see your own affliction crying blood
and health will laugh within your body.
And laughing in your healthy body
