وَاللَهِ ما حُلْتُ عَنِ العَهْدِ

By God, I have not departed from the pledge.

Nor have I repaid union with rejection.

Nor have I recompensed devotion with rejection.

كُنْ كَيفَما شِئْتَ وجُرْ في القَضا

فَإِنَّني أَطوعُ منْ عَبْدِ

Be however you wish, and be unjust in judgment,
