إِنَّindeed الجُلَيدَal-Julayd زَلَقٌslippery زُمَّلِقa premature ejaculator
إِنَّ الجُلَيدَ زَلَقٌ زُمَّلِق
كَذَنَبِlike the tail of العَقرَبِthe scorpion شَوّالٌever raised عَلِقclinging
كَذَنَبِ العَقرَبِ شَوّالٌ عَلِق
Indeed, al-Julayd is slippery, quick to spill his seed;
The ice is slippery and treacherous
Like a scorpion's tail, ever raised and clinging.
Like a scorpion's tail, dangling and clinging
جاءَتshe came بِهِwith him عَنسٌa sturdy she-camel مِنَfrom الشامِSyria تَلِقswift
جاءَت بِهِ عَنسٌ مِنَ الشامِ تَلِق
A swift, sturdy she-camel brought him from Syria.
