My friend, glory of the faith, how many a poet has said,

"My beloved, made happy by it, taking great delight!"

And you, pride of the faith, I call upon you both together:

"My beloved! No - my master! And beyond even that!"

And between you two no hopeful purpose is ever disappointed,

Your house, the Dar'i residence, is like musk and aromatic herbs.
