دِرْهَمُُهُمْtheir dirham علىin الدَّوامِperpetuity يُحْرَمُis withheld
دِرْهَمُُهُمْ على الدَّوامِ يُحْرَمُ
تَقطَعُyou assert with certainty ياO هذاyou there بِذاabout this وتُجرِمُand you do wrong
تَقطَعُ يا هذا بِذا وتُجرِمُ
Their dirham is forever withheld.
Their dirham is always forbidden
You assert this with certainty, sir, and do wrong.
This is cut off by that and criminalized
فَمَدْحُهُمْso praising them لُزُومُundertaking مَالاwhat is not يْلزَمُrequired
فَمَدْحُهُمْ لُزُومُ مَالا يْلزَمُ
So praising them is undertaking what is not required.
So praising them is clinging to what does not cling
