غَدا شَاكياً مِن لَحْنِ أَيَّامهِ خَفْضَا
And how many a lord, whose rank merits elevation,
How many a lord deserves to be exalted by his worth
has come to lament abasement through his days’ faulty grammar.
Yet wakes to find his days in sad decline have plunged him low.
ومُسْتَثْقَلٍand one deemed burdensome يُدْعَىis called رَئيساًchief لِقَومهِof his people

And many a man deemed burdensome is called his people’s chief;
How many a man is burdened with a nation's leadership -
likewise, the testicles are called chief among the body’s organs.
Just so, the testicles are called the head amid the limbs.
