And every letter of mine to anyone in her land
To every book of mine in the land of its owner
Bears my greeting to you before its message.
My greetings are for you before its composition
وَذِكْرُand mention كُمُyour (plural) ليof me فيin أَواخِرِthe ends of كُتْبِكُمْyour letters
كَمَاjust as يَجِلِسُsits المحَقُورُthe scorned man حَيْثُwhere انتَهىended up بهِwith him
And your mention of me comes at the ends of your letters,
And my mention of you in the end of my books
Just as the scorned man sits wherever he ends up.
Is like one imprisoned sitting where his journey ended
